Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled HR who will recruit, support and develop talent through HR procedures. You will be responsible for Recruitment and administrative tasks for making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and manager

Responsibilities

  • Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Campus Hiring and maintain connect with HOD or Dean of the Universities.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR database.
  • Asist in Employee Engagement Activity.
  • Responsible for taking care of administrative tasks.

Requirements and skills

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a HR or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Good Experience of Campus Hiring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Graduation in B.E, BBA or MBA.
