Roles and Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, specializing in resource augmentation and enterprise solution selling approaches to drive new customer acquisition
  • Generate leads by utilizing proven outbound tactics and outreach via email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other networking mediums
  • Strong experience working in international markets, specifically North America, Europe, Middle East & African continent
  • Preferred experience working with sales automation and prospecting methods
  • Experience working with open-source technologies like Java, Full Stack, and customer experience solutions such as Liferay, Microsoft SharePoint would be an addon. Also familiar with Portal & CRM Technologies
  • Cross team communication skill to collaborate effectively with pre sales and technical team for technical demos, requirement discovery and proposal creation.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with the customer to close the deal.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in email and verbal
    communication are required.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, market
    conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Familiarity with CRM technologies and adherence to sales processes.
  • Use monthly forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales growth
